1º Day I Arrival to Istanbul

Arrival to Istanbul Ataturk Airport . Meet with english speaking assistant at the airport . Transfer to the hotel for check in . Overnight at the hotel .

2º Day I Istanbul   ( B + L )

Breakfast at the hotel . Depart for the full day Classics Tour.Start with the panoramic city tour of İstanbul See the highlight regions & monuments with a nice in coach tour. Stop by Istiklal Street / Taksim – the centre of the city that is famous with it’s night life , cafes , restaurants and the history . Walk down to the old city . Then drive to Sultanahmet region . Visit Sultanahmet Mosque which is a historic mosque in Istanbul. The mosque is popularly known as the Blue Mosque for the blue tiles adorning the walls of its interior. Then visit the Hippodrome . Lunch. Afternoon visit Saint Sophia which is a former Greek Orthodox patriarchal basilica (church), later an imperial mosque, and now a museum (Ayasofya Müzesi) in Istanbul, Turkey. From the date of its construction in 537 until 1453, it served as an Eastern Orthodox cathedral and seat of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, except between 1204 and 1261, when it was converted to a Roman Catholic cathedral under the Latin Empire. The building was a mosque from 29 May 1453 until 1931. It was then secularized and opened as a museum on 1 February 1935, then free time at Grand Bazaar .

At 19:00 we will visit the famous ‘Derwish House ‘ – Galata Mevlevihanesi which represents the religious ceremony of Sufi’s , we will attend the ceremony there and later transfer back to the hotel for overnight

3º Day I Istanbul ( B + L + D )

Breakfast at the hotel . Drive from your hotel to Spice Market for shopping . Free time. Then meet and proceed to take 1,5 hrs bosphorus Cruise excursion along the bosphorus , that is dividing the 2 continents Asia & Europe . During the excursion you will enjoy the beauty of Istanbul , with its forest , Palaces and wooden old houses built on both continents . Lunch at local restaurant . After lunch visit Topkapi Palace , the residance of the sultans during the Ottoman Empire famous with it’s excellent collection of Jewelleries Porcelains ( Harem entrance fee is not included ) . Tour terminates at the hotel or Grand bazaar .

In the evening , transfer to Gar Musichall for dinner . You will enjoy a real Traditional Turkish Night with a variety of folk dances , belly dancers and special shows . Transfer back to the hotel for overnight .

4º Day I Istanbul ( B + L )

After the brekfast at the hotel , drive to the Asian side by crossing the Bosphorus Bridge which combines Asia & Europe . Visit Beylerbeyi Palace which is located in the Beylerbeyi neighbourhood of Istanbul, Turkey at the Asian side of the Bosphorus. An Imperial Ottoman summer residence built in the 1860s, it is now situated immediately north of the 1973 Bosphorus Bridge..Transfer back to Europe . Visit Basilica Cistern that is the largest of several hundred ancient cisterns that lie beneath the city of Istanbul . The cistern, located 500 feet (150 m) southwest of the Hagia Sophia on the historical peninsula of Sarayburnu, was built in the 6th century during the reign of Byzantine Emperor Justinian I . Lunch will be served at local restaurant . Panoramic visit of Golden Horn , & Eyup . Photostop at Pierre Loti Hill & Cafe . Transfer back to the hotel for overnight .

5º Day I Departure from Istanbul   (B )

Breakfast at the hotel . Check out . Free time till departure . Transfer to the Ataturk airport and fly home 🙂
